The area and concierge were nice!

The host at the desk was very friendly and helped us order food. He also knew when member of our group arrived and sent them up the elevator to our room. It was comfortable and in a decent area.

More that adequate and I would stay again

Did not partake in eating the breakfast that was offered. As to the bed it was adequate.

What I recommend is that your organization visit each hotel that you offered to verify just what exactly you are offering to the public to ensure that every customer is happy to use your services.

Relatively spacious room.

Relatively spacious room. Provided some amenities which was nice. Big toilet!

Not a great location, esp when carrying heavy suitcases. Unable to change channels om the tv.

Sufficient Amenity offer.

Reception took over 20min. Toilet was stuck. No cleaning room for 2nd day although we requested. No Bath towel.Shower head was small. Not much option for breakfast at 9am.

Our room was nothing like what was showed in the photos, it...

Our room was nothing like what was showed in the photos, it was very small and did not include everything that was listed on the website. The bathtub was nasty and very small. Also, the room was hot and stuffy and we could not control the heat in the room.

Hand towels given for bath towels, no housekeeping, no staff at front, no basic amenities, at least 0.5 mi walk from the nearest train station, whole neighborhood stinks of sewage, sketchy atmosphere

Comfortable stay close to E-World

I had a very comfortable stay here. The bed was comfortable and there was free water bottles, coffee, tea in the mini fridge. The hotel was located down the road from Duryu Park and E-world about a 5 minute walk. I stayed here with a friend and the double bed was spacious.

The hotel was situated at an easy walking distance from the...

The hotel was situated at an easy walking distance from the bus stop. It was also very close walking distance to Duryu Park and EWorld. The room and bathroom were a nice, large size.

The room, though a nice size, was not overly clean. There was no way to control the heat, so the floors continued to heat until the staff turned off the heat. This made the room very warm and it was necessary to open the window on a noisy street and even turn on the air conditioner. When first checking in, the manager had not checked to see if anything had come through Booking.com so for a little while, I was afraid we would not have a room.

중앙난방이라서 오래 비운 객실은 따뜻한 물이 너무...

중앙난방이라서 오래 비운 객실은 따뜻한 물이 너무 오랫동안 안나왔고(한 10분 틀어놓으니까 미미하게 따뜻해지더라구요) 밤엔 또 너무 더웠는데 온도조절을 못하는게 아쉬웠네요. 그렇다고 에어컨을 틀지도 못했지만... 가성비 좋은 호텔은 맞습니다. 여태 들렸던 숙박시설 중에서 비품 구비가 제일 잘 되어있었던 것 같습니다.

깔끔하고 샴프와린스 그리고 클렌징폼, 목욕스펀지, 일회용치약, 일회용칫솔까지 모두일회용으로 해놔서 편했다.

직원의 대응이 불친절했다. 온도가 너무 높아서 힘들었는데 온도를 낮춰달라고 해도 낮춰주지 않는다. 가격대비별로였다.

대구 결혼식 가는 길...(강원도출신 대구에서 결혼)

직원이 친절하고 방이 따뜻해서 좋았네요. 길건너에에 분식점이 있어서 언제든 식사 가능하고 마트가 옆에 있어서 편했네요. 아메리칸 스타일(식빵토스트+우유+소세지+계란후라이) 식사 할 수 있어서 좋았네요.

리모델링중이신지 공사중이라 배관이 욕실에 나와있어서 불안했네요. 목욕타월이 없어서 아쉬웠네요~여성이라....

아주 실망스럽습니다.

숙박비가 저렴합니다.

아쉬웠다기보다는 안 좋았던 점이 많네요. 방 배정을 잘 못 받았으나, 프론트에서는 어쩔 수 없다 하네요. 분명 더블침대 2개 방을 4인으로 예약했으나 더블1, 싱글1 방을 배정 받았습니다. 4명이라 추가금을 내야하는데, 호텔에서는 배려로 안 받았다는 말도 안되는 소릴 하네요. 예약을 4인(성인2명, 7세 1명, 9세 1명)으로 했는데... 프론트에서는 제가 4명을 예약했는지, 더블 2개 방을 예약했는지 알 수 없다고 하네요. 어이가 없네요. 화장실에서 하수구 냄새도 많이 납니다. 저렴한 것 제외하고는 좋은 점이 없습니다.
